By clicking and joining the event, you agree to grant Enza Zaden Beheer B.V. and its affiliates (‘Enza Zaden’) the worldwide right to use the photographs and/or video recordings of yourself created on the above dates (‘Recordings’) for the following publications:

• Company websites and social media;
• Commercial and promotional publications;
• Educational material;
• Any other purpose similar to the above.

In respect of the Recordings for use in publications listed above you agree:

1. ⁠That the Recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed;
2. ⁠To waive the right to prior inspection or approval of the finished product in which the Recordings appear;
3. To waive the right to be identified by name in all publications in which the Recordings might appear;
4. That all Recordings, in whichever form shall remain the property of Enza Zaden;
5. You will not receive any compensation for your cooperation with the Recordings and the exploitation thereof by Enza Zaden as described herein.
